About Us
- We Love To Care -
We are an independent Legal and Management Consultant with a demonstrated history of achieving results.

We provide support and guidance to healthcare providers and managers to not only become compliant with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, but to achieve and sustain higher standards in the Management of their Services.

Much of our work is to provide Management and Legal support to Providers, Individual Owners, Managers, Care associations and Local authorities.
We work with Providers to review and bring about change to ensure they are keeping up with current changes and expectations, particularly from CQC. It includes a look at KLOEs, Ratings improvement, CQC methodology, HSCA 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the Care Act 2014 with a key emphasis on Human Rights.

For first time CQC applicants and /or applications, we can assist in the preparation of the necessary documents such as the Statement of Purpose, Business plan, Individualized policies and procedures, creating templates and folders, plus other supporting documents including risk assessments, complaints procedures, satisfaction questionnaires and staff recruitment checklists.
We also provide support with the planning of new build or refurbishment of healthcare premises. We assist new provider in commissioning a new care home or services. We supply necessary documentation and policy and procedures to ensure a successfully registration from the regulator CQC.

For Health and Social care providers who are already registered with CQC, we can provide an ongoing support service of updating policies and supporting documents, regular onsite mock inspections, and assessing key areas scrutinized during a CQC inspection. These include assessing whether the service is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well-led. After each mock inspection, an inspection report is produced highlighting areas of strength and recommended areas for improvement, within set timescales.
The reports can be helpful in providing tangible evidence that a service is being independently monitored alongside the provider’s own internal quality monitoring/governance arrangements.

We assist providers who have been put on special measures in order to bring them out to compliance. We provide bespoke legal support to ensure that enforcement measures against providers are removed.
